Andrew Wildman

As President, Mr. Wildman directs all aspects of Noro’s businesses including managing its operations, overseeing property management and asset management functions, formulating and implementing investment and disposition strategies and evaluating, structuring and capitalizing the company’s new real estate investments.

In January 2012, Mr. Wildman started a partnership with John Fentener van Vlissingen to take advantage of commercial buying opportunities in the southeast. Prior to forming this partnership, he served as President of Anthem Capital Partners, LLC, a real estate private investment company with $100 Million of equity invested throughout the southeast. Before Anthem, he served as Vice President of Development for The West Paces Hotel Group for 6 ½ years.

While with West Paces, Mr. Wildman was responsible for sourcing and executing new business opportunities in the United States and Caribbean, growing the company from 1 hotel to more than 15 hotels worldwide with hotel real estate value totaling north of $1.5 Billion dollars under management.

A native of Atlanta, Mr. Wildman began his career in commercial real estate as a professional in tenant and landlord representation with Carter & Associates. He has worked with Hines Interests as an assistant project manager in Madrid, Spain and worked in New York City as an associate in acquisitions and dispositions for Edward S. Gordon, now CB Richard Ellis.

Mr. Wildman received a BA from Rhodes College and an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University. He and his wife, Caroline, reside in Atlanta with their three children.

Chip Slade

Vice President of Acquisitions

Slade joined Noro Management in 2012 and works on all new acquisitions including underwriting, due diligence, financing and post-closing asset management.

Prior to joining Noro, Mr. Slade previously worked at Smith/Packett, a senior housing and healthcare development company in Virginia. While at Smith/Packett, he worked on new developments and acquisitions of senior housing communities throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Mr. Slade received a BA in History from the University of Mississippi and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He and his wife, Claire, live in Atlanta.

Jack Rhodes

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Rhodes joined Noro Management in 2016 and is responsible for the oversight and asset management of Noro’s current portfolio. He leverages a diversified background in commercial real estate to assist with decisions related to underwriting, leasing, management, and capital projects.

Prior to joining Noro, Mr. Rhodes served as the City Lead for Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he oversaw a team of 90 professionals and a portfolio of 12 million square feet of office and retail property around the Atlanta area. Previously, he served as a Vice President at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where he asset managed a portfolio of properties and commercial loans around the country valued at over $900 million for several institutional clients. Mr. Rhodes began his real estate career with Carter, an Atlanta based development and investment firm. At Carter, he was responsible for the development of over $100 million of commercial product.

Mr. Rhodes is a licensed professional civil engineer in the State of Georgia, and he is a LEED Accredited Professional. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with an MBA. He and his wife, Virginia, live in Atlanta with their two sons.
